Before Class	Meet with OIT to retrieve and setup equipment in classroom Arrange classroom per instructor’s request Test technology for onsite and online interaction Test recording technology
During Class	Monitor and manage the desktop recording to optimize the visuals for asynchronous students (e.g. adjusting Zoom camera views) Monitor and manage the perceived audio quality for asynchronous students (e.g. changing location of a wireless mic) Monitor and manage any complaints sent through Zoom’s chat room Take notes/photos of class (observations, ideas, potential problems…)
Immediately After Class	De-brief with instructor and TAs immediately after class Upload the full recording as an mp4 file and onto an online streaming server Edit the uploaded recording the students will receive Post a link to the recording on LMS / send the link to the TAs
After Class	Note any complaints about the disseminated class recordings Consult notes and generate a brief report on the class and any targets for improvement Discuss with implementation team members on any targets for experimentation or further innovation
